Reservation Requirements Upon booking, guest will be asked to complete two requirements. 1) Completing our guest verification form which includes providing a selfie along with a photo ID through our secure third-party tool. 2) Signing a Rental Agreement Please send a message if you would like to see either of these prior to booking. We specify all reservation details and in-stay guides in a virtual guidebook provided prior to check-in. You will need to complete the above reservation requirements before access will be given. House Rules and Safety * Mid-Stay Cleaning is available with a fee and needs to be scheduled ahead of time. * We are required to allow the building to access the unit from time to time for maintenance, tours, or inspections. Notice may not be provided, but if we do receive notice we will surely pass it on. * Smoking is strictly prohibited within the property. * Pets are not allowed. * Our properties are not ideal for loud, rowdy groups. If we receive a noise complaint, a fine will be charged. * Excessive mess and trash left at the property upon checkout may result in additional fees for cleaning. * For the comfort and peace of all guests and neighbors, quiet hours are put in order from 9 PM until 9 AM. * The room and common areas are cleaned prior to your arrival. During your stay, guests are expected to clean up after themselves in the shared areas as it affects other guests. This is a self check-in apartment. Our virtual team is made available from 9AM to 12AM to assist you through out the check-in/out process. We are easily contactable through the booking channel, email, and phone.
