Enhanced cleaning protocol The space Your stay at Swan Manor offers all the comfort & modern amenities in a very private four room apartment on the second floor of our 1750 prerevolutionary historic home. The living room has a HD cable flat screet TV. There are many different genres of DVD's in the closet as well as in the DVD box next to the TV. The eat-in Kitchen includes a microwave, toaster oven, Kuerig coffee maker, coffee pods, hot chocolate & tea etc. We also stock some snacks for our guests. The space is warm with separate thermostats for each room and it is furnished with some period antiques. There are extra blankets /quilts in the bedroom closet as well as extra pillows. Extra Linens & towels are in the bathroom closet. There are beautiful views of the river from the bedroom & living room windows. Enjoy S'mores over the patio fire pit & explore the river with our kayak or canoe. Our enhanced cleaning protocol assures a safe & healthy environment. Guest access You have access to the entire apartment and In addition to the apartment, you are welcome to use the patio and the yard, as well as the kayak & canoe, provided your wear life jackets Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: We love animals & treat them as part of the family. Therefore if you are planning to bring a furry family member, there is an additional $50 per pet/night over & above the room charge that must be paid prior to check in. We will consider adjusting this fee for longer term stays. We adhere to Airbnb's enhanced cleaning protocol. Beween guests we sanitize all high-touch areas; doorknobs, light switches, facets, handrails, handles, drawer pulls, appliances, etc, using cleaners & sanitizers aproved by global health experts. Each area is cleaned accoring to an extensive cleaning check-list & we provide extra cleaning supplies for or guests. Please let us know how much interaction you prefer during your stay; if...... 1 ~ You want ABSOLUTE privacy (you didn't come here to make new friends :-) :-) or 2 ~ You want us to knock on your door to introduce ourselves if we weren't here to greet you on arrival, and/or 3 ~ You want us to check in with you at least once daily, to be certain you have everything you need. Because we know that everyone prefers different levels of privacy, our policy is to never disrupt our guests by knocking on the apartment door and we will never enter your apartment during your stay, unless by request. At the same time, we always try to accommodate requests for a later check-our time, as long as it doesn't disrupt an incoming guest. Therefore if you leave before check-out time, please send us a text so we can send the cleaners in early & accommodate guests requesting an earlier check-in. We donot permit unauthorized visitors during yor stay.
