Property Features: Self check-in Free High Speed Wireless Internet Coin-op laundry Boston law requires heat from Oct 15 to May 15. Due to the shared heating system in these historic brownstones, all rentals must remain on the same temperature setting, even during unseasonable weather. Please note: Air conditioning is active in the units from June 1 to October 1. During May, should unseasonable weather be present, a window unit can be installed upon request. Guest access Guests have access to a set of towels and linens provided upon arrival, flatware, silverware and cooking utensils, direct satellite TV, wireless internet and coin-op Laundry which is located in the first floor of the building for tenants to use, please note we do not provide detergent. There is an access code given to each tenant which is needed to enter the front door to the building. The unit has a personal access code to enter. Parking: We do not provide parking. Public transportation is the suggested form of transportation as it is only a 5 minute walk to the Back Bay Station (Orange Line) and Prudential Station (Green Line). There is primarily street parking reserved for residents. Other things to note *All requests for early check-in / late check-out are subject to availability. Any granted request has a $25 associated fee and cannot be determined more than 24-48 hours in advance. Any unauthorized late checkout will automatically be subject to a $25 penalty.* What we provide: Complimentary roll of toilet paper & paper towel. Travel size dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, hair dryer, and makeup wipes Linens and towels are also provided, if you are staying for an extended time or prefer clean linens often, you may want to bring an extra set.
