Tree Top Suite, cozy downtown apartment

This is an entire apartment, close to downtown. It is on the third floor, so you will have to walk up two flights of stairs. Because there are dormers (peaked areas in the ceiling), especially tall people might feel a little cramped in this space. There is a king size bed in the bedroom, a living area that includes a kitchenette, dining area, seating area and a smart TV with a fire stick, and a large bathroom. Outdoor seating on the front porch is for your use only. The space The apartment has a combined living, kitchen, dining area, a roomy bathroom, and a bedroom. The kitchenette includes a sink, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, coffee makers, electric tea kettle, toaster (not a full kitchen, but you can do some cooking). There is coffee and k-cups, milk, orange juice, and breakfast bars. The bathroom has a shower stall (no bathtub), two sinks, granite counter, and a vanity. There is a smart TV with a fire stick (no cable). This is a three-quarter story apartment, and extra tall people might feel a little cramped. Many people enjoy the feeling of closeness, though, and really like it! Guest access The entire apartment is for your use only. You won't need to meet with anyone to check in. The entrance is at the front of the house. You might see me in the first floor entryway, when I need access to the front door. You might also see me on the second floor landing when I am cleaning the second floor apartment. Second floor guests do not need to use the indoor stairway unless there's an emergency. The third floor apartment door is on the second floor landing, and has a lock with a deadbolt. There is outdoor seating on the front porch, which is also for your use only. If you would like to smoke, please use the front porch. Other things to note The emergency egress from the third floor is by chain ladder. Please make sure you and other guests are able to use a chain ladder.
