We only use this listing to fill gaps when the larger listing isn't rented & will decline ALL WEEKENDS, HOLIDAYS, PEAK times and will only accept mid-week, non summer/holidays. The space NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS or EVENTS WITH OUT PRIOR APPROVAL, NO LOUD NOISE, MUST HAVE A GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY, 3 VEHICLE MAX. We don't book in advance for peak times and generally only book a couple weeks out, non peak times to fill gaps when the entire home under another listing is not booked. We can additional bedrooms and bathrooms for a fee. PETS NEED PRIOR APPROVAL and agreement to our pet policy. You must send us a message if you are bringing a pet and will need to pay a pet fee. You have exclusive use of 1 bedroom and bathroom, the kitchen, dining and living rooms, hot tub, deck, and outdoor space. There will be no other guests present but you MUST STAY ONLY to the space requested to avoid additional costs. You can not use any other bathrooms or bedrooms as this will incur additional cleaning, usage and sanitization costs, unless this was agreed upon before booking. For check out, must follow check out procedures, strip beds, start laundry, take all trash to bin, start dishwasher, and clean pots and pans. Hot tub open year round and pool season mid may to mid early Oct. Pool is not heated. INSIDE FIRE PLACE, USE DURAFLAME TYPE LOG ONLY FOR CLEAN BURNING, SAFETY. PROPANE GRILL- PROPANE PROVIDED, BUT IF RUNS OUT MAY NEED TO SWAP TANK AND WILL REIMBURSE YOU. Surveillance Cameras monitor exterior of the property. We may need to adjust rates or require min stays depending on your request and number of guests. Landscapers, trash or pool service companies conduct weekly services on the property. Guest access 1 Bedroom and bathroom, (unless agreed to additional space), kitchen, dining room, living room, hot tub, pool, deck an outside space. Other things to note I use this smaller listing to only fill gaps when the larger house would other wise sit vacant. I prefer to rent the entire house, which is 9 bedrooms to larger families and groups since we are able to rent for a lot more. This being the case, we only like to book 2 weeks out for this property and if you happen to find it available, you get a great space for your stay. Our property doesn’t have charging capabilities for electric vehicles however you may be able to use the outdoor outlet. Please make sure to get our approval prior so we can monitor in case of any issues and the fee will be $15/night. Since we use independent cleaner and maintenance companies that make their own schedule, we cannot guarantee an early check in or late check out. If you wish to request an early or late check in/out, please reach out the day of your arrival or departure. The fee for a 2-hour early check-in is $50, and the same applies for a 2-hour late check-out, if available, to coordinate with the cleaner and maintenance companies to adjust their schedules. We often have same day check in and out, so if you would like to secure an early check in or late check out in advance, it will require us to block and adjust the rate for an additional night.
