Victorian Home, lovely gardens, walk to swim pond

My place is close to the beach, walking distance to a beautiful downtown village with shops, restaurants, library, services and a horticultural park. We are seven minutes walk on sidewalks. Couples love to walk to the village or to the beautiful swimming pond down the street. Use of deck, the classic Cape Cod outdoor shower, new 4 person hot tub, outdoor dining table, garden. Kitchen and living room are available for your needs and relaxation. The space This is a modern victorian style home and we provide two bedrooms with private baths for Air BnB guests. We are two blocks from a beautiful Cape Cod village and two blocks from a kettle hole fresh water pond with life guards with pristine water. The Nantucket Sound ocean beach is 1 mile away. We will provide beach chairs, umbrella and towels for you . I,( Marlene) am a master gardener and I enjoy answering your questions and sharing tips with you. We have both spent much of our professional life working for or volunteering for non profit organizations in the Cape Cod community and are very familiar with community life here. Guest access Guest access Our home is your home, the living room has very comfortable recliner leather chairs and a leather couch and a wide screen tv with internet and Netflicks, Amazon Prime. We have a deck and grill ( gas) and large table overlooking the garden and you can bring your cooler for grilling or visit our great little neighborhood grocery store, ( Fancy's) and get premium steaks and fresh salads, wine and beverages and enjoy a Cape Cod evening under the stars. We will provide refrigerator and freezer space for your picnics and grilling items and have coolers you can use if you pick up bagged ice. We have beach towels and beach chairs for your use. During your stay Guest interaction We love to meet and talk with you and give you insider tips on how to explore Cape Cod in your own special way. Special bike routes, gardens, museums and walking excursions to craft fairs and nightclubs and restaurants, we've lived here for 40 years and between us and our adult kids, we know where you will have a special time. Don't forget our great beaches, we know where twenty somethings and seventy somethings want to go. Our Theater and art scene is wonderful and we are especially tuned in to it. Other things to note THIS IS A QUIET RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOOD.
