We have three additional 3-bedroom condos in this complex—ask about reserving multiple condos for extra space and convenience. 📋 Expectations & House Rules: 🔇 No Parties or Loud Gatherings ➤ While we hope you have a fantastic time, this is a family-friendly space, not a party house. ➤ As per township ordinance, Quiet hours begin at 10 PM to ensure everyone, including our neighbors, enjoys a peaceful evening. ➤ (Please note: The township enforces strict noise ordinances.) 🐾 Pet Policy ➤ We welcome 1 small non shedding dogs! Minimum age for rentals must be 25 years or older and must be residing in the rental during the rental period. Reserving Guest will agree to provide names, addresses and ages of all guests staying in property. Reserving Guest and Guests under 21 must agree to have a Guardian Consent and a Parent execute a Parent Consent Form issued by the Borough of Seaside Park. No Exceptions. Reservations can not have outside guests or visiting friends. Any group rental seeking to check in in which all guests are under 21 years of age or attempt to bring additional guests will be denied access and forfeit any monies paid. Guest access You will have private access to the second floor condo and its attached balconies. The outdoor amenities such as outdoor showers, patio, and BBQ is shared among all condos on the property Other things to note We provide a starter pack of paper products • Parking: 1 car (a $250+ value for weekly stays). Huge perk, as finding parking during summer is challenging or you must pay exorbitant fees at parking lots • All televisions are Smart TVs; you can log in with your own accounts to continue what you were watching at home - Please note you will have to climb a set of stairs to reach this home Guest Requirements Per Seaside Ordinance #179 & 55-3, the primary guest must be at least 25 years old and staying on-site during the rental period. We kindly ask that the names, ages, and addresses of all guests be shared prior to check-in. For groups including guests under 21, the Borough of Seaside Heights requires signed consent forms from a parent or guardian. To maintain a quiet and respectful environment, outside visitors are not permitted. Groups made up entirely of guests under 21, or those exceeding the number of registered guests, may be unable to check in. Subleasing & Third-Party Bookings For security and peace of mind, subleasing or transferring your reservation to another party is not allowed.
