The first bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, second bedroom has a twin with a pullout day bed, third bedroom has a full bed with a walk out balcony with views of the bay, fourth bedroom has a day bed and a pullout bed 🛏 The outdoor living space consist of a covered deck, gravel gathering area, outdoor shower. The gravel area has a gas grill, seating areas and string lights to enjoy the summer nights 🌅 House is equipped with keyless entry pad for your convenience 🔢 *** bed sheets, pillowcases, comforter, towels, hand towels "WILL NOT" be provided to guests. If we receive complaint from our neighbors due to loud noise or disorderly conduct and if the police are called on site due to violation of house rules, you will be asked to leave the property immediately. $50 fee per a beach pass if lost.
