Inside, find a full-size bathroom, cozy dining room, kitchen, and living room. Heres the scoop of the sleeping arrangement: Upstairs, three bedrooms, a bathroom, and an ocean-facing deck. Plus, 3rd floor for families seeing extra space with a queen, two twin beds with a deck facing the ocean. Pack your bags for a beach escape like no other! Guest access Anything inside and around the house except couple of closets marked private that’s used for stock and other relevant things for the house. Please note, house just been renovated outside and chimney had to be shorten due to severe winds and storms and we need to install a gas or electric fireplace so please do not use until further notice. Thank you for your understanding Other things to note For the summer months July and August we prefer one week minimum, Saturday check in 3pm and Saturday check out 11am like most summer rentals in the area. Long term rental we offer a substantial discount please inquire directly. Monthly discount up to 50% except for summer months and major holidays like Thanksgiving and Xmas.
