The space First Floor includes: the laundry room, a fully renovated half bathroom, a large formal dining room that leads to the sunroom which offers an air hockey table, a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar that leads to a large informal dining area. The informal dining area has sliders that lead to a sizable deck which offers amazing views of the 9- acre property. Finally, you'll find a great living room with floor to ceiling windows, a Smart TV and a stone fireplace.
