Downstairs Living Area- Near NYC+EWR

Our cozy downstairs living area, is located only four blocks away from the New Jersey Train Station. Providing you with direct transportation to New York City, beach, and airports. Anything you might need is only a stroll away- near by restaurants, convenience stores, fresh bagels and deli, bar and pharmacies in walking distance. The space *IF YOU ARE TALLER THAN 6’0 TALL THIS IS NOT SUITABLE PLACE FOR YOU- CEILINGS ARE LOW* The available room has a comfy queen-size bed with extra sleeping space in the living room, full kitchen with pots and pans to create delicious meals. Full bathroom with a big bathtub for relaxation. We take pride in keeping a clean living space for our guests to maximize there stay in our house, we will provide clean linens and towels. Along with providing any additional information on tourist attractions in NYC if needed. Private Access to living area located on the side of the house. ** We do use the washer and dryer (located downstairs) at times but guests will be notified before I enter downstairs living space.** ** This is a house, so there will be people living upstairs (above the downstairs area) there is a door leading to the downstairs area. Guest access ONLY DOWNSTAIRS LIVING SPACE *this is a house and there are people living in the upstairs of the house* During your stay I work long hours, which is why we have put out a key box for guests to check themselves in and out easily without much assistance. I will try my best to come and introduce myself while I am home. Hope you feel welcome in our home. Other things to note *QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 11PM-6AM (Walls are thin therefore no loud music after quiet hours) ** We use the washer and dryer (located downstairs) at times and guests will be notified before I enter downstairs living space.** *OUR HOUSE IS A NON-SMOKING HOUSE (We do not tolerate any smoking of any kind in our house) *this house is relatively old, If too many appliances are plugged in at the same time the power may go out and need to be turned on again through the circuit breaker in the back closet of bedroom #2 in the basement. Please let us know and we will turn it on.
