Lots of sunlight in the day in the kitchen . Handsome round oak table and chairs Impressive tiled floors throughout. Kitchen floor has the same kitchen floors as the Newport Breakers Mansion, RI is also where we got the idea. Then the open floor plan into the living room are all herringbone style tiles with beautiful throw rugs . Comfortable couch, that turns into a Sofa bed. A nice bathroom with plenty of shelving for your bathroom amenities. Blackstone shoppes within walking distance, also 3 mile bike path within walking distance that runs along the blackstone River. Built in 1956 The Garden Apt is attached to a large colonial home with lots of New England character & flavor of your New England experience. Guest access Hi on the Property you will have your own private Patio as well as a common area with 2 Adorondack Chairs on front lawn for all Guests - Seasonal . Washer/dryer access right outside your back door , same level. Back exit - for Staff and emergency only. Welcome to the Neighborhood neighborhood ! You can safely walk up and down our Neighborhood Street. Check out the famous Blackstone Shoppes very close by . The Blackstone 5 mile Bike path is within walking distance or a quick drive to bike parking lot.. while walking along the River on the bike path look for Ducks, Herons, a Beaver, sometimes you will see other wildlife type birds and New England plants , Trees & Shrubbery Also Asa Waters Mansion in Millbury Center is quite a nice historical visit, call for times, and event taking place. Gorgeous Stately Oaks, Maples, & Elm Trees 🍂🍁🍃 while driving to the Property and one gorgeous 400-year-old Silver Stately Oak on the Property. Maple Trees and beautiful seasonal flowering Trees. Walking distance or quick drive to the parking lot that takes you on a 5-mile bike path along the Blackstone River with beautiful views. Blackstone Shoppes right there also close by. Location has easy ^& quick access to all major Highways yet quiet and tucked in but not far off the beaten path. Love this! Quick easy access to all markets, pharmacies, post office & movie theaters-a special one in Millbury Center called The Elms movie Theatre -how it was back in the day- updated but yesteryear (1950's) era. Popcorn and Movie and a beer/wine or soda pop ridiculously low price. Owner fun and very welcoming, plus find a luxury movie Theater up at the Blackstone Shoppes! Some are described above.
