Large Private & Clean Apartment

Located in the private basement of my family home, you will find a large living space (20'x30') appointed with a cozy couches, kitchenette & dining area, a lovely bathroom and bedroom. We do live upstairs, so you will hear footsteps, etc. If you require absolutely quiet this is not the place for you. The space Don't let the basement location worry you - this space is flooded with light in all the right places. With the bathroom and bedroom located underground you will also have darkness when you want it! Guest access You will have the entire finished basement to yourself. During the snowy times of year we recommend you enter/exit the space via the main floor, as the exit from this space can be icy. You are welcome to use our washer/dryer if you need to, as a note this is in another part of the house, not your unit. Other things to note - The kitchenette has a microwave, toaster oven, hot plate & mini fridge. - An additional air mattress can be provided if needed - the living room area is outfitted with room darkening shades in order to ensure ideal sleeping conditions. - Washer/dryer access is available in the main living area - this is available with just a text. - We offer parking for one car in our driveway. If you will be bringing more than one car, please contact us ahead of time. - While the fireplace is lovely, we ask you do not use it. - This is our home and we are willing to share our things if you need them - think bikes/sleds/etc. - We are a non-smoking home and ask you do not smoke on our property. - If you have any questions, please let me know!
