Welcome to The Salty Seagull! 3 bed/2 bath top floor condo in a great location! Only 2 blocks from the beach & boardwalk. Condo includes a full kitchen with all the essentials + two full baths and super comfy beds! Convenient off street parking with spacious garage as well as free on street parking. 2 outdoor showers in rear building. Adventure Pier, Morey’s Pier & the Wildwood convention center are all a just short walk away. Family Dollar only 1 block which has all the extra essentials. The space Welcome to The Salty Seagull! Feel right at home while away on vacation! Everything is within walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants/bars, the boardwalk, beach, dog park, park with large playground, tennis/basketball courts and bathrooms. Parking is very convenient as you’ll have your own off street driveway as well as full access to the garage. The garage fits 2 cars deep however it’s narrow. The street parking on our block is also free parking. We offer our guests 4 beach chairs and a large beach utility wagon located inside the garage. All 3 bedrooms are spacious with a nice sized closet, high ceilings, and ceiling fans. The first bedroom offers one queen and one twin bed. The second bedroom has a bunk bed (double on bottom and single on top). The master has a queen bed and private full bathroom. Each room includes all new memory foam mattresses. We also have a nice pack n’ play for the little ones located under the bunkbed. There is a separate full sized bathroom in the main hallway. The living room offers vaulted ceilings along with a sofa couch and smart tv. The dining area is surrounded by windows for natural light and seats 6 people. Enjoy relaxing with fresh air outside on the balcony. The washer/ dryer are in the kitchen closet and there’s extra space to store your luggage. Kitchen includes all full sized appliances- refrigerator, oven with stove top, microwave, dishwasher, and sink with room for prepping family meals. Kitchen items are listed below: -Plates/bowls -Utensils - Pots & pans -Cooking utensils -Glassware (glasses, wine glasses, coffee mugs and pitchers) -Wine/bottle openers -Toaster -Coffee maker (both Keurig & standard/grinds - Crockpot - Air fryer -Griddle -Blender -Cooking knives -Bakeware -Kitchen towels -Kids cups, plates & utensils Each bedroom as well as the living room has a Smart TV which you can stream all your services. Every friday night starting the last week of June through Labor Day at 10pm Wildwood offers fireworks which you can see from our balcony. NOTE: We do not rent to graduating seniors, individuals or groups under the age of 25. A valid drivers license will be required upon booking. . Guest access We are located on the 3rd floor with stair access. Handicap non accessible. Parking will never be an issue as we offer 1 spot for off street parking in the driveway (all the way to the right in pics). Behind the one off street parking spot is a standard one car garage that is almost 2 cars deep so there is plenty of storage space for bikes/kayaks/beach gear as the garage is included with the rental. On street parking is free and is first come first serve- no reserved spots. Other things to note No beach tags are required, Wildwood is a free beach! Feel free to use our complimentary beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards in the garage. Please provide your own towels, linens and toiletries (sheets, pillow cases, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.) We do have plenty of pillows and extra comforters stored in the closets. We just asked that you please put them back upon check out. We ask that there are no more people than the number of guests you booked with us inside the condo unless approved by the hosts in writing/text. Should anything become broken or damaged, you will be responsible for that item. We have 2 security cameras located outside at the garage as well as the main entrance for your safety as well as the other condos. There are no cameras inside the condo.
