Log Cabin In The Woods - Great for a Staycation!

Our cabin in the woods is a great place for couples and families to relax and connect. Nestled in the woods on 115 acres of land, there are many trails to explore throughout the timber. Enjoy watching wildlife, laughing around a fire, sitting on the front porch watching the sunset, reading, playing games, and stargazing. The space Our cabins* are located in the midst of acres of beautiful woods. People love how quiet their stay is and how clear the skies are at night! You will find plenty of space to get outside and enjoy peace and serenity while enjoying a restful time in this secluded cabin nestled in the woods. No Wi-Fi, no cable TV**, no distractions - just time with you and your loved ones. The two-bedroom log cabin has a full kitchen, a jetted tub in the master bedroom, a wood-burning stove, a full front porch, a screened-in porch and a fire pit outside. *Our other cabin can be found under "Little Cabin in the Woods". Both cabins are located on the same property, but they are separated by a grassy area and woods to insure each cabin has privacy. The cabins are within walking distance, however, for groups that would like to rent both cabins for gatherings. **There is a TV/DVD player combo in the cabin that can be used for watching movies. Guest access You will have access to the entire 115 acres of land, including a small pond. The majority of the land is wooded and has trails throughout. There is a picnic shelter with a charcoal grill and a large grassy field near the cabin that can be used by guests. We are happy to set up the volleyball net and provide volleyball and badminton supplies upon request. Cornhole Bags game also available upon request. There is also a smaller cabin on the property (it can be found on Airbnb under "Little Cabin in the Woods"), but the cabins are about 250 yards apart. Other things to note The cabin has a full kitchen and is stocked with basic pans and dishes and has a stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, and a coffee maker. There is also a gas grill for your use. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed. The second bedroom has two full-size beds. *Farm fresh eggs upon request (when available) for $3/dozen or $2/half dozen. *Outdoor furniture may be stored during the winter months, so please bring camp chairs if you want to enjoy sitting on the front porch or around the fire pit in the wintertime.
