Beautifully furnished with a modern fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 7 beds easily sleeps 12. There is a large basement game area with Arcade Game. A beautiful patio with grill, heaters and dining area The space The spacious Anaconda Chalet is a 3-story home that sits on a 2-acre property. There is plenty of room for your party to spread out including a large outdoor patio with great views of Mount Haggin and the working ranch below with horses. For dining the Kitchen table seats 8, the island can seat 3 more and the patio seats another 5 or more. The living room has a large 65" Smart HD TV and cozy seating. The basement living area also has a 65" Smart HD TV, and 4 electric recliners for relaxing or additional sleeping areas. Also in the basement is a cocktail arcade game with Ms. Pac Man and 11 other games like Galaga and Dig-Dug. There are several other games and puzzles including a Texas Hold-em set and more. All 4 bedrooms have Smart HD TVs with Dish cable. The Master Bedroom is very large and includes its own private outdoor patio with beautiful views and the master bathroom has a shower and private Jacuzzi bath tub. Also included in the Master Suite is a classic work station with a printer/FAX/Scan device and a comfy Leather chair. The laundry room is down on the main floor and includes a front loading washer and dryer. There are fully stocked cleaning supplies and tools in the laundry room and under the kitchen sink. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and many small cooking appliances needed for your group if you are cooking. All the plates, utensils, glasses and paper products are supplied to eat-in. If you want to eat out you are just 5 minutes or less from many quality restaurants and bars. There is a two-car garage with an automatic garage door opener and ample additional parking in the driveway area. There are two automatic blowup beds (1 King, 1 Queen) in the downstairs closet if additional beds are needed. Guest access All areas of the home are accessible except for the pantry that is locked and the equipment utility room in the garage. Other things to note There are several windows facing south to provide the wonderful views and they have blinds that require some finesse to close and open so please be patient and careful while you get the hang of using them:-) While you are out of the house please shut and lock all doors. Please take off shoes and leave them at the entry ways as most of the house has carpeting.
