Guest access Guests have full access to the main house, loft, and bunkhouse. A key is provided in the lockbox on the front door — we’ll share the code before your arrival for easy self-check-in. While the property spans three private acres, guest access is limited to the maintained wood-chipped areas surrounding the home. If you’d like to explore beyond, there are wonderful walking and nature trails nearby to enjoy. Other things to note Chappaquiddick is accessible by a short ferry ride from Edgartown — a lovely part of the island experience.
