The main house has four bedrooms and a loft, and the detached two-bed bunkhouse offers a cozy, private space for guests or kids. It’s peaceful, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished — a place to slow down, breathe deeply, and enjoy the beauty of island life. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the main house, sleeping loft, bunkhouse, and surrounding outdoor living areas. Self check-in is quick and easy, with detailed arrival instructions provided before your stay. The property spans three private acres, but guest access is limited to the maintained wood-chip and gravel areas surrounding the home. Beyond the property, Chappaquiddick offers beautiful walking trails, conservation land, and pristine beaches to explore. Other things to note Chappaquiddick is accessed via the Chappy Ferry from Edgartown—a short, continuous ferry ride that's all part of the island experience. Chappaquiddick offers a quieter, more natural pace of life than much of Martha's Vineyard. During the summer season, the home is rented by the week (Friday–Friday). Ample on-site parking is available for guests. The home is supplied by private well water. The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with high-quality cookware, serving pieces, and the essentials for preparing meals at home. Two outdoor showers and a gas grill are available for guest use. Linens and bath towels are provided. Reliable Wi-Fi is available throughout the home, though cell service may be limited depending on your carrier. The home is served by a private septic system. To help keep everything running smoothly, please flush only toilet paper and avoid flushing wipes or other paper products.
