Manasquan Family House Rental

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this is our regular home, we live here year-round and rent it out when we travel. We are a 5 minute walk to main st. Manasquan and 1.5 miles to the beach. All guests (besides children) must be ages 27 and up to book (besides children staying with parents). THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOME. We rent mainly to families or small groups of friends who are responsible and considerate of our house and nearby neighbors. Truly perfect for young families. The space This home has 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. For 2026, we are using one upstairs bedroom for storage and are offering four bedrooms for our guests. Upstairs: Bedroom 1 (Master) - queen bed - full bathroom in this room Bedroom 2 - queen bed Bedroom 3 - queen bed Bedroom 4 - twin lofted bed - this room will not be offered in rentals for 2026 however, if your family really needs a space, just send us a message and we can see if we can make it available for you. (This room is not pictured in the photos we show of the listing.) Hallway full bathroom Downstairs: Bedroom 5 - full size bed Hallway full bathroom 1 outside shower open in the summer months. Guest access Fenced in yard, deck, driveway, walking distance to park, bike trail, town and more. Other things to note Guests bring their own towels. Bed linens can either be brought or we will provide at no cost. There is a $150 pet fee.
