The space the house is located one block to the ocean and 1/2 block to the inlet where youll find charter fishing boats such as the Norma K. There are also many fabulous restaurants on the water where you can eat and watch the boats go by. The famous Jenkinsons pavillion is within walking distance. The rooms are all larger than average for a shore house and the house was just recently renovated. There is an inground pool in a fenced and secluded setting with a barbecue grill and patio furniture. Parking on the premises for approx 10 cars. Comforters and pillows are included as well as bed Linens they will be dropped off and picked up by coastal linens. Guest access all areas of the home are accessable Other things to note This property is unique for many reasons. It is very close to the beach and boardwalk, its a nice walk to the beach and during your walk you will walk over the bridge where you will see the famous Norma K as well as other fishing boats. If you would like to try fishing or are an avid fisherman the Norma K offers day and night fishing trips. When you arrive at the beach you will be at one of the main beach and boardwalk entrances, which is called Jenkinsons south pavilion. Jenkinsons south offers a few vendors on the boardwalk and the pavilion serves food and drink. This is a very family friendly area whereas if your single Jenkinsons main pavilion attracts more singles. There are at least a half dozen or more restaurants within walking distance among them are Reds lobster pot, the lobster shanty, shrimp box, and the seafood co-op where you can buy fresh seafood to take out or they will cook it for you. there is also the Broadway bar and grill and the patio bar is another hotspot which is also a short walk.
