It comfortably fits five guests and it is perfectly located for those who wants convenient and fast connection to Manhattan with easy access to bus, light rail or Grove street Path train and ferry. From my house you have walking distance to ferry to Statue of Liberty. The space Our House is located in the Liberty State Park neighborhood and you are invited to enjoy the second floor separate (not a shared space) apartment that has been completely renovated. All rooms are spacious and modern. The kitchen is completely new and is fully supplied with dishes and cookware, and has a gas range, stainless steel refrigerator, granite counter top, microwave and dishwasher. Fresh bedding linens and towels are included. In large bedroom you have king size bed with comfy mattress. There is also desk perfect for work. There is huge double closet. Next to the living room you have small room with bunkbeds, it sleeps two guests. The living room has a couch, which can be use as a bed if needed for one guest. Price is for 2 people any additional person is $20 per night (maximum 5 people in apartment). Guest access Make sure to read check in instructions in your confirmation. I may meet you at your arrival and give you the keys or you will just follow the instructions to enter the house any time after 3 pm. You can get in/out any time you like, you will have your own set of keys. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. or if will be arranged in advance we will try to be as flexible as possible. Check out time is 10:00 a.m. Thank you! Other things to note There is only street parking around. If you drive a car I am assuming you have a driver license and you know how to read street signs ( street cleaning, handicap only parking, no parking on someone driveway, etc.).
