The air-conditioned private apartment has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a kitchen with stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher, gas stove & microwave ). The Living room has a flat-screen TV, a seating and dining area. We offer a coin operated washer & dryer on premise along with high speed wifi. Making this the perfect apartment for a short or extended stay. The space Please note, the sofa is NOT a pull-out bed. Coin operated Laundry is on premise and for use of all tenants. Other things to note Please note that early check-in/late check-out requests are subject to availability and come with a $25 fee. Requests can only be made within 48 hours of your stay. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a $25 penalty. Here’s a quick checklist of items to bring or purchase after arrival: Coffee and filters (4-cup size) Trash bags and paper products (e.g., paper towels, napkins) Cooking essentials (spices, condiments, oils) Additional toiletries (we provide travel-sized soap, shampoo, and conditioner) Detergent, dryer sheets, and dishwasher pods Parking: The lot next to and behind the building is not ours and belongs to the neighboring business. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed. Plenty of street parking is available, but during snow emergencies, parking on the main street is prohibited. We recommend parking on a side street and checking the signage. We do have a washer and dryer on-site, but they are coin-operated ($2 per wash, $2 per dry) and located outside the unit.
