A private comfortable room in a serene home in a quiet residential area of Freehold, NJ, just 1 mile away from the Freehold Center. Easy get to Manhattan and back with NJ Transit bus from Freehold Center, a 70-minute trip, one way. The residential complex has a walking trail. 2 rooms are available in a 3 bedroom house in a residential complex, 1 person per room. Non smoker only. The room overlooks the garden. If you would like to book both rooms, please send me a message. The bedroom has a window facing the garden and has a queen-size bed, with a plush mattress and 100% cotton sheets. A desk has a desk lamp and basic office supplies. The chest of drawers has several drawers to store your belongings and the closet has plenty of space to hang your clothes. The shared bathroom is on the same floor, down the hall. The common area has all your need to heat up your food and enjoy. Suitable only for heating up, not serious cooking. The lounge area is spacious. The shared bathroom (shared by 2 rooms) has a sink and bathtub with a shower with all the bathroom amenities. The common area has what you need for simple food preparation and eating as well as lounging around. A washer and dryer are available for your use. The whole second floor of the house is for your use. My wife and I stay in the Master bedroom which is on the Mezzanine level. The rooms are used for AirBnB only and there are no personal items there. Verizon FiOS internet with 300 Mbps speed throughout the house. I am usually working on the first floor, or in my bedroom. Bus stop to Freehold Center and other places on the main street, 5-minute walking distance. 1 mile to Freehold Center where NJ Transit buses frequently leave for Manhattan, either walk or take a bus. Bus schedules are available in the common area. We take all the COVID safety processes provided by CDC and AirBnB. Rooms and the whole house is sanitized using professional sanitizers, and laundry is washed and dried at hot temperature. We also have a high-capacity air purifier that filters any virus and bacteria in the air in the common area. Professional only. No smoking, no drugs, and no pets. Please take your shoes off when entering the house. We provide guest slippers, both sanitized re-usable ones or disposable ones. Feel free to bring your own.
