Centrally located, cozy, university area home. Easy walk to campus and downtown. 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath. Washer/Dryer. Off-street parking. Sorry, we can not allow pets. The house has wifi but no cable TV. To access TV programs it's best to plan on streaming over wifi or going to a local sports bad to watch live events. The space Easily sleeps six and can sleep seven with a sofa bed in the living room. Off street parking accommodates two cars at most. Additional vehicles, or larger vehicles, will need to park on street. Guest access Entire house. Other things to note This house is in the alley somewhat like and mother-in-law cottage or ADU.
