The space As you step through the front door, you'll need to go up one flight of stairs and be greeted by the corridor that will take you to the living space adorned with stylish furnishings and thoughtful touches throughout. Enjoy the free bottle of wine, on the dinner table, after a day of exploring Boston. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and counter space for preparing delicious meals. The dining room is located at the heart of the home, adorned with large windows that allow natural light to flood the space during the day. The windows are dressed in sheer, flowing curtains that add a touch of softness and sophistication to the room while maintaining privacy. Surrounding the table are six high-back chairs. The chairs are as comfortable as they are stylish, offering a seating experience for diners. The table is large enough to comfortably seat six guests. Upstair, you will find the master suite with a comfortable queen-sized bed and en-suite bathroom, while the additional bedrooms also feature a queen-sized bed and a single size bed with storage space for your belongings. Outside, the balcony provides the perfect spot for fresh air or simply soaking up the sunshine during a warm summer day. Take advantage of a glass of wine as you watch the sunset over the city skyline. Upon checking in, you'll find a parking spot waiting for you in our driveway, offering a safe and secure place to park your car during your stay. Our driveway is narrow and will be able to accommodate most standard-sized vehicles and smalls SUVs, ensuring a snug fit without compromising on accessibility. Please message host if you have a big size SUV or Truck to ensure you will be able to park your vehicle. Please note that overnight street parking is not permitted in our area between the hours of midnight and 5 a.m. This regulation helps ensure the safety and accessibility of our neighborhood during nighttime hours. However, we provide one off-street parking in out driveway for our guests' convenience. Feel free to contact me for further details or assistance finding a parking lot nearby. Stay cozy year-round with our efficient central heating system. No matter the weather outside, you can enjoy consistent warmth throughout the house. Whether you're visiting in the crisp chill of winter or the mild evenings of spring, you can rest assured knowing that our central heating system will keep you comfortable and snug during your stay. For those warm summer days, our property is equipped with convenient window air conditioning units in select rooms. These units provide quick and effective cooling, allowing you to escape the heat and enjoy a comfortable indoor environment. Simply adjust the settings to your desired temperature and relax in cool comfort during the hottest months of the year. Please note that while our window AC units are powerful and efficient, they are localized to specific rooms for targeted cooling. Hi Guest access -Keyless entrance.
