My newly refurbished vacation home provides a comfortable and well positioned base to enjoy the myriad delights of the Cajun heartland. 10 minutes from Lafayette, close to airport, easy access to I 10 Freeway with plenty of yard space for relaxation. The space This is my personal vacation home where I go to indulge my passion for Cajun & zydeco dancing as well to embrace the culture and people of the Cajun Heartland. I live in New Jersey but I'm in Louisiana every opportunity I get. Guest access You have access to the entire home and everything in it. Other things to note Garbage can must be put out in the street on Sunday evening for early Monday collection. Recycling can must be put out in the street on Thursday evening for early Friday collection. If you wish to extend your stay, it must be done through Airbnb and must be finalized 24 hours before your original date of departure. NO EXCEPTIONS! THIS HOME IS A NO SMOKING AREA - NO EXCEPTIONS! The use of candles or incense is not permitted. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED! NO PARTIES! Guests are required to observe these rules and to be considerate of the neighbors by keeping noise levels down and to leave the house in the same clean condition in which they find it when they arrive. There is ample parking under the carport, driveway or shoulder in front of the house. Do not park on the lawn, particularly in wet weather as the ground is very soft and your vehicle will create large ruts. WARNING: LOCAL BYE LAWS DO NOT PERMIT LARGE VEHICLES SUCH AS RV’S OR SEMIS IN THE CUL DE SAC WHERE THE STREET ENDS AT THE RAILROAD LINE, DO NOT PARK THERE !
