*** PLEASE READ CAREFULLY*** This Airbnb is for a female only who is quiet, respectful, honest, nonconfrontational , clean, considerate, drugs/alcohol /smoking free, and loves animals. Deep discount is available for long term stays (over a month or longer). The above is firm and exceptions will not be made. Please do not book or try to negotiate with me if any of the above criteria are not met. Thanks for your understanding! The room is a newly remodeled beautiful room with your private lock, your own mini fridge and coffee maker. It's situated right off the shared kitchen, so please keep your door shut at all times to allow us mutual privacy . You will be sharing the common areas (kitchen, laundry, backyard) with us - a family of 3 and 3 pets. We are all busy during the day so the noise level is moderate to minimum. You will be sharing the shower room in the basement (used by only one other person). Please DO NOT use any products in that shower stall if you didn't put it there. The half bathroom with the laundry is a shared space on the 1st floor - conveniently located on the same floor as your room. You may use the backyard space as soon as my family doesn't host events there. If you need to use the kitchen - we prefer to arrange the hours (no later than 8 pm) so that we don't cook all at the same time. Please understand the kitchen is a busy shared space, so if you are a heavy cook on a daily basis - that's not going to be a good fit for your stay. We have 2 friendly dogs and 1 cat. They are very friendly but might be a bit hyper at the beginning and try to jump for hugs and games playing until they know you better. we hope you love pets and are not allergic to them. Please understand that if you will try to be too sweet and playful with them - they'll jump all over you. If you enjoy it - by any means ... I can be reached by texts or phone any time you need me. if I'm home and this is URGENT - then you can try to find me in person. This is a relatively quiet and problem free neighborhood. We live only half a mile away from the police and fire stations. The street noise could be a bit elevated during the summer time but overall it's pretty peaceful place to live. Most errands require a car or a bike. Though food delivery like Uber Eats and Door Dash work in this area very well.if you prefer a delivery NO smoking, drinking or drugs on the property. NO visitors of any kind please. NO playing with the thermostat ( I try to keep the temperature at optimal levels but feel free to ask to adjust, if needed) Please keep the noise levels to reasonable decibels (keep all phone conversations inside your room and kindly don't scream on the phone; adjust your phone ringer to a reasonable volume). Please, please , please!! remember to lock the door any time you enter or leave the house. And if you leave the house - remember to take the keys. Please understand that we are sharing our house with you, so I will be checking references thoroughly and I expect you will treat my house and others in the house with respect and consideration as you would treat your own. thank you
