Walking distance to any shops, reaching the highway only takes 3 minutes. 5 minute walk to downtown Lowell, with a walkscore of 92. One mile to Tsongas Arena. ➤ Cars: There are eight (8) dedicated guest parking spots. There are also plenty of street parking spaces. ➤ Cycling: bicycles can be put inside the entryway ➤ Uber, Lyft only surges during weekend nights. ➤ Bus stop is a few minute walk away. ➤ Commuter train to Boston is 13 mins walk, 9 min bus.
