The space Wake up to the incredible sunrise and uninterrupted ocean view. Parking available for 2 small cars back to back on the sandy driveway behind the building. Use 37 ocean front south Salisbury ma 01952 for the easier navigation. My Building is on the corner lot of ocean front south and Vermont street gray building across the street shoreline motel in Salibury. My building has 4 car garages go around and park in the back Sandy driveway. Condo Is cleaned through out with Clorox and disinfecting all surfaces between each and every guest stays! All bed linens, towels washed between guests. -Quiet time No loud music no loud noise between 10pm and 10am -Absolutely NO smoking of any kind on the property! -Use Back door in the driveway to enter and exit the building. -You need to go up the stairs to get to the condo. -Make sure doors are closed behind you when leaving the building. -outside doors will automatically lock 60 seconds after. No need to lock just make sure door is shut well. -Strictly family oriented building! -Seaglass blue ocean music-hall bars and restaurants are about 5 minutes walk.use the door in the driveway to enter and exit 30 minutes drive to Salem Ma Or u can park and take the train from Newburyport port to Salem Ma or Boston Guest access condo, Deck and common area /drive way 2 parking spots Other things to note Property is facing the beach/ocean You need to cross oneway very low traffic street to get to the 6miles Long sandy beach! Extra covers and pillows are available in the condo bedroom closets. No food or drinks in the bedrooms No shoes in the house Seaglass And Capri for fine dining both restaurants about 5 minutes walk. Plenty of other places are open during the high Season late spring, summer and early fall. You may find some can food in the cabinets u are welcome to use or discard.
