Swampscott Oceanside Apartment

Newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment. ONE block from Fisherman's Beach. Outdoor patio with gas grill, easy parking for 2 cars. Two other beaches within 5-10 minute walk. 10 minutes to Salem and Marblehead, 25-30 minutes to Boston (without traffic). Please see house rules/booking settings for HOLIDAY BOOKING MINIMUMS. We are pet friendly, but require approval prior to booking. Guest access This is a private apartment with an outdoor patio/grilling area that is shared during the summer. Other things to note We prefer to have Friday and Saturday booked together rather than partial weekend bookings. Please inquire with us prior to booking if you would like to start or end your stay on Saturday. We also do not allow one night bookings. If our calendar appears open and you would like to stay for just 1 night, please send us a direct message. Please do not throw a party here. Smoking of any sort is not permitted inside the house and highly discouraged around the property. Thank you!
