Guests will be greeted by us on initial check-in and given a key code for keyless 24/7 access to both the house and to the apartment in which the private room is located. Guests will be give a physical key for the private room. ($10 fee will be charged for lost room key) Guests will share full kitchen and Living room but keep in mind no heavy cooking (especially smelly and greasy items). Light cooking such as vegetables, clean meats (with care) and starches are fine. Apartment includes: Full Kitchen (with some utensils), Living room and Dining room Due to the private nature of the apartment there will be very limited interaction with guest unless it's at guests request. Although not the richest, the cookie cutter, nor the Beverly Hills of neighborhoods, our neighborhood, although on a semi busy street, is quiet, especially at nights . I have lived here for 2 years and I can truly say that I do feel safe as I have never experienced or witnessed any issues that would cause me to want to move.
