Sun Sand & Sea House- Fenced Yard and Hot Tub!

Charming Cape Cod home in West Dennis Village, Soak in the year round hot tub after the day at the beach! Close to everything a vacation could ask for! .9 miles to West Dennis Beach, .25 miles to Bass River & footsteps away to many restaurants/bars, specialty shops, a spa, liquor store/market, a park and more! Uber or drive to the rest of what Cape Cod has to offer! No parties/events allowed. Please inquire with any questions. The space Entire house, 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. House has a lot of character and Cape Cod charm, a beautiful kitchen with a skylight, and a huge yard with a wood fire pit and gas grill. (Propane is not provided, tanks may need to be refilled) We ask that guests pick up the yard after their pets. Guest access There is parking for 4 vehicles at the house, directly in front of the garage bays. There is a public parking lot across the street for extra parking (under .1 mile walk). There is a separate residence on the property that is not included, they have their own separate parking, entrance, and yard. The garage area is also not part of our Airbnb listing, it is just used as storage. Keys will be left in lockbox by front door. Check in instructions will become available to you 24 hours prior to your stay, they are accessed on the listing page itself. We have included pictures as the driveway is long and easy to miss, we recommend looking them over before arriving to make your trip in stress free. Other things to note Our tv is a smart tv, it is logged into Netflix and Hulu however we do not have basic cable. Please park in front of the green garage bays (6 cars maximum if double parked, please review the check in instructions with pictures when booked) or across the street in public parking. Gas grill and fire pit on property are available for use, propane tanks are on the property but is NOT complimentary, the tanks can be refilled at convenience store in front of house. A word on early check in/late check out: Check in time is posted as 5pm, often the house is clean and ready by 3pm. We always message our guests as soon as our cleaner gives us the go ahead that the house is done. We list the check in as 5pm in case the house is not left in great condition by previous guests, we want to make sure there is enough time to make the house clean and inviting for your stay! :) Check out is listed as 11am. During our busy season (summer) we must stick to our check out time as we reach 100% occupancy during these times, and the next guests will be checking in later that day. During the off season, late check out may be an option if the house is not booked for the next day. It is easiest for us if you ask about late check out on the last night of your stay. Irrigation runs from 12 noon to 1pm as well as all night starting at 2am.
