You will be less than 10 minutes from downtown Hamilton, river access is minutes away and less than an hour from Lost Trail Powder Mountain! Private Bathroom and Living room. Local hiking is only about 20-30 minutes to Blodgett Canyon and other trails. The space - Use is for the downstairs only as we live upstairs. - Must be able to use stairs to the private entry. - No pets please. we have very friendly male dogs that use the fenced backyard. The dogs are put away at night and do not have access to the downstairs. - Plenty of parking if you have an RV, boat or snowmobile trailer. - gas grill can be made available. - Living Room is set-up with a TV for streaming Netflix or other streaming apps. - High speed WiFi throughout the property. - Laptop work area in the bedroom. “Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra care to Completely disinfect all touched surfaces, Bedding and Linens between reservations.” (FYI - we already were doing this as a normal practice anyway) During your stay We work at home so are available most of the time on the Property.
