The space This apartment has a dedicated entrance with a keypad coded entry. At the top of the one flight of stairs is a laundry room with iron and ironing board along with the entrance to the apartment. The entire space is newly renovated and all furnishings are new and very comfortable. The living room has a comfortable couch. There is a small table to enjoy a meal, a TV with Roku access, and a bluetooth speaker for you to sync your device. The kitchen has a Keurig with k-cups provided and all of the dishes needed to prepare and enjoy a meal. The bathroom has a shower (no tub) and nice towels are provided. The queen sized bed in the bedroom is very comfortable and the bedroom also features a dresser and closet, so there is plenty of storage for your belongings while you stay. The bedroom has a door to the balcony. Other things to note You have to walk down the alley of the 1633 Saint Charles Avenue and walk towards the back of the building until you reach a locked gate the door to your left is your apartment door Your apartment is on the second floor and once you enter the property you have to go up 15 steps to the second floor.
