This is a rare oceanfront Airbnb in Manasquan and is an Airbnb highly ranked guest favorite. The space If you are not familiar with Manasquan, it is ranked #6 of 45 NJ beaches (NJ/com 2024). Our house is literally on the beach, only an asphalt walkway separates our house and the beach where you can stroll or bike to the surfer beach, fishing inlet, or have a beer at the local watering hole, "Leggets", historic "Osprey Bar", and the "Salty Whale" a few blocks away. Dolphins/porpoises are frequent visitors and can be seen from the front decks. Humpback whales have also been seen the last few years! Other things to note Please Note: We do not rent our property via Airbnb during the Summer. Maximum occupancy of 8 including children - no exceptions!
