The third bedroom has a queen and a twin bed. The fourth bedroom is furnished with two twin XL beds that can be converted into a king with a 4" mattress topper. The 5th bedroom has a queen bed. The airy, open concept main floor includes kitchen, dining area, great room. The great room is perfect for relaxing, playing games, listening to music on the sound-bar, watching the game, or relaxing with a movie.  This home does not have AC, and instead has a QuietCool whole house ventilation system. The open design of the house provides good air flow. There are large ceiling fans in each room. Floor and personal fans are available and provided as well. Outdoor living at its best, the expansive main lanai has seating areas complete with outdoor large 75" screen TV, outdoor BBQ and dining area and a stunning pool with an outdoor shower too. WiFi is available throughout the home and lanais.  County Law requires alarms on all ground-level sliding doors that lead to pool area, in order to prevent doors from being left open indefinitely. We live just North of the community, so we can easily support our guests. Kahakai estates is a gated community with some of the best ocean and coastal views. There are many beaches close by and plenty of activities for family fun. A car is advised to get out and explore the Big Island and all its adventures and diverse landscape. After your booking is accepted on Airbnb you will receive a copy of our home use agreement. We require this to be signed and returned in order to confirm your booking. IMPORTANT: Although the Homeowner Association (HOA) schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. Guests are reminded to keep lanai/patio doors closed especially at night. If our guest spots more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
