Property is a Backyard Wildlife Habitat. A full Southern breakfast is included. Room rate based upon single/double occupancy. State Hotel/Motel taxes of 4.45% and City/Parish taxes of 6% will be due upon arrival. The space The cheery cozy Garden Room is located on the 2nd floor of The Stockade Bed and Breakfast which is licensed and insured (cleaning fees included) and is rated #1 for B&Bs and inns on TripAdvisor. There is no elevator. Includes full traditional Southern breakfast (7:00 am - 9:00 pm), cable, parking, snacks, refrigerator, beverages, free wireless internet and access to 24 hour Anytime Fitness located across the street, as well as a popular restaurant. Note: We book fast for weekends and holidays, so call now! Guest access Besides your room, you may enjoy the living room, breakfast room and back patio, as well as the grounds on which The Stockade is located. These common spaces are only for registered guests. During your stay Innkeeper lives on the property. However, be sure to notify us of your expected arrival time so that we are here to greet you. Breakfast is in the breakfast room with other guests. Other things to note Other rooms may be available if this room does not fit your needs; see our website or call. There is no front desk, so please be sure to notify us of your check-in time prior to your arrival. Please read our B&B Policies on our website. Cancellation Policy: • $25 cancellation fee charged on all cancellations. • Cancellations of bookings for one (1) or two (2) rooms for one (1) or two (2) nights must be made seven days prior to reservation date in order to be refunded the nightly rate less $25 cancellation processing fee. Cancellations less than the stated seven days prior to your arrival will result in one night’s fee forfeiture per room. • Cancellations of bookings for three (3) or more nights for three (3) or more rooms require 30 days advance notice in order to be refunded the night rate or rates less the $25 cancellation processing fee. Cancellations less than the stated 30 days prior to your arrival will result in one night’s fee forfeiture per room. •There are no refunds for special events and holidays, early checkouts or changes in arrival unless you notify us 14 days in advance. • All reservations on LSU college football weekends require full payment 14 days prior to arrival. A two-night minimum is required on LSU football home game weekends. Cancellations on these weekends are non-refundable. • Some special events, holidays, city wide conventions, group arrangements, or long stays may require a full or partial advance deposit/payment and will be non-refundable.
