The space This historical Livingston downtown railroad home has wonderful character, original hardwood floors with a cozy couch, great natural light, a gas fireplace, a small shared backyard with a gas grill, and a few outdoor chairs. This home has a great downtown location within blocks of restaurants, cafes, bars, art galleries, the local movie theater, shops, and the Yellowstone River (#1 fly fishing spot in North America) enjoy our many downtown festivals and the lively music scene. The guest house is 50 minutes from Yellowstone National Park, the oldest and largest National Park in the US. Just 30 - 35 minutes to Bridger Bowl Ski Resort a well-known ski resort and 30 minutes to Chico Hot Springs. This is the perfect spot to enjoy all this area has to offer. Guest access The entire home plus a shared fully fenced backyard with seating. Gas grill is for guests of both houses to use, grill utensils are located in the grill. Please be considerate of other guests that maybe staying the blue guest house from time to time. Other things to note There are 3 stairs to access the guest house. The only bathroom is accessed through bedroom 1 with a full-sized. Bedroom 2 has a queen-sized firm memory foam mattress. Both bedrooms have a TVs with Roku and antenna. The living room has a 60-inch Smart TV with loads of channels (not cable or satellite) and streaming services. The guest house has a fully stocked kitchen with dishes, a small blender, a toaster, a coffee maker, a French press, pots, pans, utensils, silverware, knives, coffee, tea, and a few snacks, along with condiments and spices. Free washer and dryer for guests with laundry soap, an ironing board, and an iron. A window fan and a standing fan along with a window A/C unit that keeps the place cool in the summer. Parking: No private parking is available at the guest house. No parking is allowed in front of the guest house. The driveway is the neighbors driveway. There is free and unlimited residential parking. Usually there is a spots across the street on C St open or along Callender St to the right of the guest house. Please let me know prior to check in if you are sensitive to scented cleaning products. Late and early check in We can occasionally accommodate an early/late check in/out with prior approval and an additional hourly fee. Need some shopping done before your stay? For an additional fee, groceries/food/toiletries can be picked up and dropped off ahead of time just let us know before check-in or during your stay. Flying into/out of Bozeman? We can pick you up and/or drop you off for an additional fee. A $1000 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who brings an unauthorized pet into the guest house or smokes in the guest house. Service animals are not permitted in the shared back yard.
