Terrific location! Charming 4 bedroom beach house, with plenty of room for family and friends. The house is located on a quiet dead end street, with the beach at the end of the street. Beautiful sunroom with daybed for an extra sleeping room. Large dining room with seating for everyone. Outside deck to enjoy the ocean breeze. A 15 minute walk into downtown Hyannis, some of the best restaurants and shopping along Main St. The house is located less then a mile away to three different beaches. The space This house is from the 1920’s, it used to be part of Sea Captain’s row where Arsenault Park is now, near the harbor in downtown Hyannis. It was saved and moved in 1980 to its current location. It’s an older home but it’s charming details are what makes it special. Guests have access to the entire first and second floor. The basement is not finished. However we have created a nice bonus space to hang out down there, with couches and ping pong tables. Other things to note Grocery stores are located within 15 minutes from the house. Also there is a golf course nearby and shopping mall. Hyannis has so many fun activities and events in the summer. Weekly concerts on the green, movie nights, kids crafts, and also a visit from the Boston Pops orchestra!
