Welcome to our home located 10 minutes from Downtown Lafayette in the town of Carencro. We are 15 minutes from the Lafayette regional airport. Nearby cities include Sunset, Grand Coteau, Scott, and Breaux Bridge. All are great stops for antiquing, swamp tours, or live music! We have an extensive list of recommendations for food, fun, sights and sounds. Our home is well equipped for long term stays while on business. recently remodeled with new appliances. You would be renting the Entire house. My space was originally built in the 1930’s and remodeled in 2006 and sits on 2 acres. It is located in Cajun country. The house is near quite a few small towns that offer amazing antiquing, swamp tours, and some amazing music venues. One bedroom with a Queen bed. There is an air mattress provided in the living room that can sleep an additional 2 persons. (Extra charge $10pp for additional persons) Check in is at 3pm Check out is at 11am You have access to the entire house. The neighbors are family. They keep to themselves unless you need something. No local tv provided, but you can log into Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, espn etc, all via fire stick and Apple TV. My wife Amber and I are readily available for questions and suggestions on what to do while in our area. There are so many amazing sights to behold here from Avery island, Acadian Village, to Prejeans restaurant our area will NOT disappoint. You will be located 10 minutes out of the hustle and bustle of the city near interstate 49 on 2 acres You can be in Lafayette in 10 Breaux Bridge in 12 Sunset in 5 Grand Coteau in 10 Scott in 10 Opelousas in 10 This property is located in the center of it all! Our driveway pulls into the carport in the back. That is where you will have access to the key pad to enter the home for the convenience of self check-in. House can accommodate 4 people. But after 2 guest, $10 fee per person per night will be charged.
