This private house sleeps 3 in the bedroom and 1 on the couch. I do have an inflatable queen mattress that can be used upon request. It has a full kitchen and private washer/dryer also.There is a fenced yard for a large dog, but the fence is wide enough that a small dog will be able to escape. Located within 8 miles of I-20, University of Louisiana at Monroe, and Pecanland Mall. The house has its own private entrance/exit. The house is completely private, and as such, you will have total access to all of it. I live on the property. The driveway is shared. You will pull to the end of the concrete and stop. You will enter your house thru the back door. Porch light will be on. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. Parking is available onsite for various sized vehicles.
