This private house sleeps 3 in the bedroom and 1 on the couch. I do have an inflatable queen mattress that can be used upon request. It has a full kitchen and private washer/dryer also.There is a fenced yard for a large dog, but the fence is wide enough that a small dog will be able to escape. Located within 8 miles of I-20, University of Louisiana at Monroe, and Pecanland Mall. The space The house has its own private entrance/exit. Guest access The house is completely private, and as such, you will have total access to all of it. Other things to note No parties & no more than 5 over night guests at a time.
