Cleaning fee $150 No Pets No Smoking This is a upper story duplex with the bottom level occupied therefore quiet time is from 11pm to 7am everyone must be respectful of the neighbors. It is not handicap accessible and hunting, smoking or pets are not allowed. There is a (3 night min) plus 7% tax and the cleaning fee is $150 Nightly price is based on 4 guests, each additional guest will be charged $25 per night. There are 2 Private bedrooms one Master bedroom with a king size bed and attached private bath; the second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third is located in the loft where you will find one queen size bed and a sofa. There are also two air mattress available ( one queen & one regular) upon request if more sleeping arrangements are required. There is a second full bath and shower located across the hall from the guest bedroom and loft bedroom. The upstairs of house along with upstairs decks, porch and yard. Guest have "no access to the downstairs." It has a lock box entry for your convenience when checking in and out. You have the whole upstairs to yourself emergency numbers are available if needed. Eureka is a quiet little valley town in the Northwest corner of Montana surrounded by the Canadian Rockies, Ksanka Mountain Range, Whitefish Mountains and the Kootenai National Forest that has gorgeous views with abundant hiking, boating, swimming, fishing, hunting and wildlife viewing. It is just minutes away from Lake Koocanusa, Ten Lakes Scenic Recreational area Sophie & Dickey Lake and Libby Damn. Our quaint little downtown offers some great food with a friendly atmosphere. It is home of the Lincoln County Fair & The Bull Thing; in the spring we celebrate our annual Rendezvous and quilt show. There are 2 local grocery stores a US Post Office 2 parks a local movie theater along with shopping and a variety of restaurants, churches and casinos downtown. Whitefish, Kalispell, Libby, Fernie and Cranbook are a little over an hours drive away. Eureka's Historical Park offers a beautiful "Riverwalk" and the "Tobacco River Memorial Trail", also known as the Kootenai Trail, which offers northwestern Montana scenery as it stretches 7 unpaved miles from Eureka to Rexford for those more adventures and wanting a great workout you can hike or bike it.
