The space Completely private 1890 renovated carriage house. Completely private no shared spaces. Walk to Forefathers Monument, Waterfront, Mayflower II, Plymouth Rock, beach and shopping and restaurants. We are a bed and breakfast, though we don't cook breakfasts. Prior to your arrival we ask for a list of breakfast foods you would like to have in the Cottage when you arrive: coffee, tea, bagels, donuts, eggs, cream cheese, seasonal fresh fruit, yogurt, or orange juice. Items to make your arrival feel at home. ALL items purchased for YOUR visit! Deep cleaning in between guests. Guest access Our guests will have private parking area (paved driveway, tight but easily doable, staying off neighbors drive). Enter gate at end of Driveway and find yourself in truly tranquil garden space. The cottage entrance is under the arbor. Through the glass old fashion French doors you are in the carriage house, stone fireplace, kitchen, vaulted ceilings, stairway to loft, hall to king sized bedroom, bath and your private outside patio completely fenced in. Property not appropriate for children under 12 years, open loft. Property set for dogs. The "private" areas are marked. Other things to note Beach umbrellas, beach matts (4) and beach chairs (4) for guests. (cooler can be made available) Maps available in cottage. Restaurants have outside dining and opening inside distant dining. Being a bed and breakfast, with a twist...items for breakfast will be purchased and waiting your arrival; coffee, cream or milk, juice, bagels, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, donuts, bread for toast, jams, eggs... items available for the start of your visit. We do not cook or serve breakfast and all items will be prepackaged and unopened.
