The bedroom has a double bed with memory foam, heated mattress pad & top quality linens (so comfortable!), closet, dresser, CD player, etc. Although the couch in living area is a sofa bed, the apartment size is best suited for an individual or couple using just the bedroom. It's been freshly painted and the floors refinished ("Expresso"). New furniture, drapes & contemporary decor in calming earth tones & textures. All new kitchen appliances. microwave, stove, dishwasher, frig, etc. Fully furnished from dishes & pots/pans to towels & bedding: Move-In Ready. Guests are welcome to use any of the 3 yards, 2 patios or 2 acres of wooded and developed outdoor spaces. The larger patio has a BBQ, table, cushioned seating & outdoor games. The smaller side patio has a bubbling fountain & teak chairs-- a great spot to read a book, listen to the birds in the woods or share a glass of wine with a friend. There's also a 10x20' chainlink kennel, a kid's play area and wooded paths During your stay Note that month-plus stays get a large discount (-30%). Over 5-month stays get a -35% discount. Although I live on the other side of the house, we have separate entrances.
