You will enjoy the rental unit located in the front part of my house. It includes 3 spacious bedrooms, one bathroom with Bluetooth speaker, full use of furnished kitchen and appliances, furnished living room with flat screen TV and fast wifi! Only shared space is laundry area which is locked. Great for turnaround workers, business travelers, students, retirees, or families. Newly furnished and freshly remodeled, so it's comfortable to suit your needs. All you have to do is just show up and relax! There's plenty of things to do in Houma, Louisiana and nearby New Orleans including world-class sports-fishing, festivals, Mardi Gras, and great food. You will have access to private full size, fully furnished kitchen and huge living room with plenty of seating. A shared laundry area is available for use. The entire house is a non-smoking area. Please step outside to smoke. Guests will have complete privacy. I am accessible via phone, text or email. There will be another tenant on site at times in their separate, private unit and will not be intrusive to guests or guest areas. New Orleans is only 45 minutes away! Thibodaux is 15 minutes. Fishing and sportsman paradise is a 30 minute drive down the bayou. Public bus transportation is at the end of the neighborhood street. Your own transportation is recommended. I can't advise on the availability of Uber or Lyft. It is a small town. Bathroom is private and used by those in your unit only. It is shared only between you and your guests. The bathroom is accessible 2 ways: through common hallway door and ensuite through the master bedroom door.
