The units share the laundry area - Due to the home's private, undeveloped, tropical location, guests may come in contact with geckos inside of the home. They are not aggressive, are normal to see in the area and help control the bug population. There are ultrasonic frequency emitters in the home to keep them away - This property may not be suitable for children due to an adjacent open ravine lined with jagged lava rocks and elevated lava rock areas that pose fall risks - Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras on the owner’s main house (not the guest property). Camera 1 is a Ring device on the owner’s front door of the main house facing the street and driveway. Camera 2 is on the owner’s back door of the main house facing the yard, stairwell, and backyard. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion HAWAII COUNTY RESTRICTIONS - Quiet hours shall be from 9:00pm to 8:00am, during which time the noise from the rental shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors - Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area - Guest vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area - The STVR (short term vacation rental) shall not be used for commercial purposes Registration Details GE-120-891-0848-01
