The space Bedroom is private but the whole apartment can be used. Guest access There is a Gym which requires entry with an access card. The Pool is open only in the Summer months. There is a small balcony that faces pine trees, and other trees. Secluded and always full of wildlife sounds. During your stay The goal is to Socialize enough to make sure guests know how to navigate and locate things in the apartment. I travel for work and seldom find myself home. Other things to note There are plenty of restaurants and bars in the area.
