Home in Edgartown

Our home is ideally located in historic Edgartown Village, a 5 minute walk to the town center. The house is conveniently located near many scenic beaches, lakes, and restaurants, as well as the "Chappy" ferry. The gorgeous sundeck overlooks a large backyard, and is perfect for relaxation and taking in the breathtaking sunset. We look forward to introducing you to a slice of paradise! There is a pet cleaning fee of $75/stay. There is a $100/stay charge for the 7th guest. Parking available. The space The home has 3 bedrooms which will comfortably sleep 6 people. There is an additional queen trundle bed that may be used as 2 singles or 1 queen bed in the living room, if necessary. Please inform if there will be more than 6 guests in your stay.If bringing a pet please let me know what breed and how many. There are 2 full bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, a dining and living room. Our beautiful, large backyard and deck are perfect for entertainment, games and family fun. There is also an outdoor shower with hot & cold water. The property is in a high water table so basement during heavy rainfalls does can get damp. There is a dehumidifier running constantly and a fan to assist. Guest access Our modern amenities include high speed wifi with blast speed, a large flat screen TV & Roku device. The home additionally contains a washer dryer, dishwasher, and deck furniture with 2 large umbrellas.There is also an outside water hose in addition to shower for rinsing off. Other things to note The house is a small ranch . We have stocked the place with all what may be needed for a comfortable stay.
