It's all just footsteps from your door! You’ll also be just 3 miles from the bike trail! Nip back to the cottage to cool off before heading out to enjoy the local attractions. End your day watching a beautiful beach sunset and enjoying the starry sky on the patio. *Previous positive reviews are required to book The space With beautiful hardwood floors, lots of daylight and a clean uncluttered space , Sunnyside Cottage is bright, fresh and inviting. Nestled within a small quiet cottage community, it is the perfect retreat for a couple or a family with small children looking for a relaxing beach vacation. With central air conditioning, grilling on the patio, easy parking, the beach across the road, and so much to do nearby, you won't want to leave! Enjoy a full kitchen with a microwave, fridge freezer, gas stove, new dishwasher, toaster, small coffee maker, Keurig, pour over coffee filter , small coffee bodum, ( we love coffee !! ) electric kettle and a dining table that seats 4. Kitchen condiments, cutlery, cooking utensils, pots/pans, drying cloths, paper towels, trash bags, and cleaning items are all available for your use during your stay. Hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and toilet paper is supplied also! Light bedspreads, pillows, linens and blankets ( in cooler months ) are provided for your use during your stay. We also have some beach towels but you are welcome to bring more if you like extras. All of this is included in cleaning fee. Wifi and an ethernet outlet included. In the main living space there is a TV with Roku ( No cable ) - log in to your personal accounts for your stay. Check out the cabinet under the mirror for some fun board games for the kids and some reading material. You will find a small beach cooler in the living room closet. Beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, boogie boards and a handy Nantucket beach wagon are in the shed outside. In the living room closet you'll find essentials like iron, ironing board and hairdryer. There's also a kids potty for your convenience. We have a non working fireplace. ***Positive reviews from previous stays are required to book. No local guests please. Guest access Guests have full exclusive use of Sunnyside Cottage and all its amenities. We are almost beachfront...a perfect little beach with a new swingset is just steps from the cottage. The beach has gentle water , warmer than the ocean-side , making it so easy for families with young children. Sunnyside Cottage is part of a small, quiet condominium community. This is a private cottage with an attached shed, outdoor shower and its own private patio. The walkways and parking lot area are shared with our neighbors , most of which are also short term rentals. Please be considerate of others by using the space provided for you and the gravel walkway in the courtyard - rather than cutting in between cottages - to access Old Wharf Road. ***PRIVACY*** There is a basement for storage that is not accessible to guests. Thank you for understanding. We respect your privacy, there are no cameras on our unit, however neighboring units may have cameras directed in to common paths and parking areas. Our fireplace is not in use. Please Other things to note We have no wheelchair accessibility or handicap facilities and entryways have one step up.
