Townhouse with Shared Pool 4 Bed

Our townhouse features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms along with an outdoor shared pool. Our townhouse is located 1.5 blocks to the beach and boardwalk in Wildwood, NJ. Less then a 5 minute walk. Located near many restaurants and convenient stores. All adults must be the age of 25 years old and up to stay. No Bachelorette, Bachelor, or Stag Parties. No parties allowed. The property is a NON SMOKING building. There is a property management group that monitors the building daily. Sorry NO Pets The space St. Andrews Townhouse 145 E. Andrews Avenue Unit 201 ((Reservation emails will read Fountain Motel our sister motel)) 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms with a shared outside pool. Our townhouse has 3 floors. Inside it has all steps throughout the unit. Comcast cable TV and Wi-Fi throughout the unit. The 1st floor features a bedroom with a full size bed with a full size bathroom and a small flat screen TV. Steps going to the 2nd floor. 3 bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor and a full size bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed with a balcony. Another bedroom with 2 twin beds. The 3rd bedroom has a double bed and a twin bed with a flatscreen TV. Good for the kids. Steps going to the 3rd floor. The 3rd floor consists of a full bathroom, full size kitchen with a drip coffee pot, toaster, pots and pans, microwave, blender, utensils, dishes, and bakeware. Kitchen table with 2 sofa's. There is a washer and dryer on this floor and a balcony. Other things to note Unit is rented from Saturday to Saturday Only in season. 3 night minimum on some weekends. Linen's are NOT supplied. There are mattress pads, blankets, pillows, and comforters in the townhouse for use. Toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, trash bags, and laundry detergent needs to be supplied by you. If you are wondering about anything else please send me a message. On location there is an outside shower to wash off sand. There is a small shared pool to use. Close by there is a park with seating and a fountain.
