The space Apartment is on a garden (ground) level of a historic townhouse with a private entrance that has direct access to your private rear yard from both bedrooms. Bedrooms are in rear of the building facing private garden so it’s very quiet and peaceful to sleep. Master bedroom (sleeps 2) has a comfortable hybrid (foam + innerspring) mattress queen bed with fresh linens and a nice sized closet. Second bedroom (sleeps 2) has a bunk bed with sleep inducing 10" memory foam twin size mattresses and an open wardrobe with wide drawers. For your convenience there are phone and tablet charging docks in both bedrooms. Kitchen/living room space is cozy and comfortable and is equipped with long, countertop height (W 72" x D 16" x H 36" or 183cm x 41cm x 91cm) wooden table with multiple outlets that can be used as workspace or to enjoy morning coffee or evening glass of wine for up to 4 guests. Living space is furnished with cushioned bench and a loveseat and there is a 49" smart TV with Roku. Guests can help themselves to filtered water from zero brand pitcher and for coffee aficionados there is a complementary Nespresso brand single serve machine located on the kitchen counter with selection of pods. For tea drinkers we offer complimentary Japanese green tea with roasted brown rice in loose leaf format. If you prefer to bring your own beans or tea there is also a bodum brand french press coffee/tea maker and coffee grinder. Bathrooms are well appointed with clean towels and quality toiletries. Apartment is professionally cleaned to ensure best possible stay for all our guests. Guest access Guests will have entire apartment to themselves except for one locked closet next to bathroom. Other things to note Delicious private chef cooked meals available for additional fee. Please inquire for more details. Parking - the city requires visitor permits to park on the streets. Parking is first come first serve and relatively easy to find a spot within a block or two radius of the apartment. City charges $10 per day for parking for visitors but this is complimentary for our guests who book for 6+ night stays. EV Parking: There are 2 Chargepoint EV parking spots 30 yards/meters from the apartment and 3 more 2 blocks away run by Greenspot.
